Superintendent of the Counter-Strike Source Jailhouse. Commonly seen directing prisoners to a number of games which resulted in mass casualties. Known for providing prisoners with a firm but fair prison-house.

Someone who purports to have technical experience in their chosen field, but lacks a fundamental understanding of concepts beyond anything that isn't the buzzword of the month.
