straight voice

A straight voice is the voice a gay man uses in situations where he does not speak regularly and instead speaks (typically) in a lower tone resembling the voice of a straight man.

Friend 1: Did you hear Jack’s straight voice when he was talking to the mechanic?

Friend 2: Yeah! It was weird he sounded so different!
