Jury Nullification

A term used when a person is proven to be almost if not 100% guilty by the evidence but the court decides to let them go.
"hey did you here about the guy who was accursed of murder, left DNA evidence was court on camera and there where witnesses?"

"no what happened?"

"the court let him go coz he seemed like a nice guy"

"that's retarded"

"its called Jury nullification, and yes"
