The feeling shared between two people who both want something to but neither want to initiate it, wether it be a conversation, a romance, or a business proposal. It it a versatile word. It is named for the ship, between literary figure Sherlock Holmes and his companion John Watson. It can also be used as an adjective in the form "jolockonic"
