A Cunt Haggle is bitchy attention whore that dose not understand her place and haggles for attention. She may offer any service for attention and will try to get it at the lowest price possible.

Josh: Mel offered to blow me if i would hang out with her
Kyle: she is such a cunt haggle
Or
Mel just cunt haggled me to hang out on Tuesday.
