Acronym for Gamers Rise Up. The Gamers Rise Up movement began in response to growing concerns regarding oppression of gamers, the world's most oppressed and marginalized minority. Through the GRU movement, gamers finally have hope to be treated equal to everyone else. In addition, the GRU movement dedicates itself to the struggle against normies, cringe, and anti-gamers.
