A lifestyle pertaining to living fast and easy, while staying cool and collected at the same time. Knoteef is used mainly as an adjective to describe an action or event that was or will be the equivalent to a great night. The origins of knoteef are unknown, but speculation links it to southern Louisiana.

Man this party has been so knoteef.
Are you kidding me? this entire night has been knoteef!
