A synonym for good/great/excellent/anything positive. It's a multi-use word.

Person 1: "Hey, you remember that bull from Sekiro?"
Person 2: "Yeah that bull is stinky af."
Person 1: "Biiiig stink! Anyway, I beat it."
Person 2: "You did? Damn dude that's fuckin' peebis!"
Person 1: "Ikr?"

When something is extremely bad/terrible/stupid/anything negative but so extreme it can't be described with regular words.

Also a word used a lot by the small YouTuber and streamer Skeppy Beppy (not related to Minecraft YouTuber Skeppy) and his friend Toaster.
