A pokemon you use multiple HM's on to keep from teaching bad, irremovable attacks to higher level, good pokemon.

Kindergartner#1-"I hate having to bring four bad pokemon into victory road just to get past it's puzzles."
Kindergartner#2-"Just bring along an HM whore. That way you have space for good pokemon."
