There is a carbon-based bipedal lifeform that resides in Shenandoah Valley Governor's School that has gynecomastia, most likely from severe obesity. He is often seen scouting the jungle for parrotts and other frizzy haired art students. In more common terms, gynecomastia is also known as having 'fat tits.'
