An abbreviation of marvelous, that contains a twinge of sarcasm, but not flippancy

Person brings shopping cart back to the entrance of the store or near the cart corral, but doesn't just go ahead and put it up. Customer - "I brought this back for you." Cart attendant - "marvey"
