Depression is the state of the mind where you think your alone, numb to the world where you lost all interest in your own happiness. Most people with depression hide it with smiles and laughter.

person:1- Hey

person:2- Oh...hey
person:1- Are you ok? You seem off

person:2- I'm just depressed
person:1- Oh, well hope you get over it bad times do pass
person:2- *walks away*

Depression is not just a state of sadness but also a state of being alone.
