Klaas is a Dutch male given and surname. The meaning of Klaas is a gathered group of inbreeding with very low intellect, hence the "Klaas People" referred as the incestuous group of low minded annoying people scattered all over the world. Most people and/or living things that come into contact with the Klaas will be disappointed, failed upon or extremely annoyed within their presence.
