ineptocrat

A low information political party with a core philosophy of the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed are rewarded with goods and services paid for with the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

A low information and liberal voter would be a Ineptocrat. Their core philosophy is take from the diminishing number of producers and give to a growing number of those least likely to sustain themselves.
