Meganism

The narcissistic manipulation of others which results in one being ridiculed, demeaned and argued with on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Commonly leading to one feeling helpless, lost and alone. One subjected to meganism is under anothers total control.

Sally's meganism keeps Jim feeling helpless to change his life for the better most of the time.
