adj. Slang term for someone who masturbates (Usually describing a man.)

The word is almost interchangable with 'Wanker.' - Though it is not considered to be as offensive. Use of the word is widespread on www.b3ta.com and may have originated there.

"I must confess that I am an absolute fwapper."
