Sallydog

noun; Sal-ee-dawg. The small dog of the pack that gets loud and animated when the big dogs of its pack show up. It generally barks and supervises the larger dogs engaged in the exciting activity.

Often used to describe someone who talking a lot of trash as they hide behind their larger contemporaries while playing online video games.
"You sure do talk a lot behind your homies, sallydog!"

"Block them, they're just sallydoggin'."
