Deboyfriendize 

v. To remove all traces of your former relationship from your house/premises. Commonly occuring as a cleansing, cathartic transition from 'coupled' to 'single'.

Holly removed all photos, articles of clothing, and trace elements of her former dickhead boyfriend from her apartment, just to help forget the whole affair. The throwing out of all of it was her way to deboyfriendize her living space.

Degirlfriendize

Ed cleaned out all the photos, clothes and toothbrush of his former girlfriend, in an effort to move on and to degirlfriendize his apartment
