When the vagina smells so bad you have to douche it with 100 proof vodka before you can eat it even when your already drunk as hell on said vodka.

Damn, that Swamp Donkey I picked up had one hell of a case of Vodkagina but I ate it anyway after drinking 3 bottles of rum.
