Ok so basically in the house where Kai Cenat live, there is this guy named fanum and whenever one of the members of the house has food, fanum will come and take some of the food. After that, he says taxes and then leaves.

And no you are not the only person to look that up I had to look it up too.

Oh no fanum is going to come and tax my food and call it the fanum tax!
