Quarter-water is a beverage commonly sold at bodegas and low-class supermarkets. The main ingredients include water, high fructose corn syrup, flavoring, and food color. They provide no nutritional value. They are sold in a small plastic barrel shaped container with a foil seal. Initially they were sold for 25 cents, hence the name, however, due to inflation they are typically 50 cents now.

A subtle and euthanized expression that is ambiguous enough to describe non-law abiding citizens who are typically residents of subsidized housing. Often, these individuals fight the police, fight the political system, and fight each other. Usually, they may appear to be visually synonymous with a homunculus or have homunculi features. There is no rhyme or reason for their actions, which, more often than not, are illegal and unethical.
1) Hey brother, did you see that creation that was standing inside the bodega bothering people?

2) I would be more than happy to renovate the apartment, but these creations keep smashing holes into the drywall and pour cement into the plumbing.
