A sophisticated form of giving oral sex when when the woman is standing on her feet, knees locked with her back facing your head and arms behind her back. Much like an ostrich sticking it's head in the ground (for whatever reason they do that), the woman bends forward at her waist and performs oral sex on the man who is laying on his back.
The woman won my heart when she, without announcement, performed the reverse ostrich on me. I knew at that moment the relationship would last at least two more weeks.
