A person who is gay or is accused of being gay and rapes others specifically for the purpose of spreading his AIDS or other various STD's to the world. He is known to carry a rainbow colored pitch-fork will rape most on sight. Those who are considered twinks or twinkish are especially vulnerable to him for these are the kind of men he prefers. He is also known to reside in the southwestern portion of Louisiana.
