A Parker is someone who thinks he's very kind and shy, but is really an asshole who unconsciously bothers people. A Parker is usually very self centered, arrogant, and a total drama queen. He makes bad situations worse by doing stupid, unnessecary things and creating more problems. If you have a Parker in your life, be sure to cut him out quickly.
