Cuddles and comfort

When you're feeling down or upset so your partner comes over to cuddle you and comfort you.

A: (in a sad tone of voice) "I'm feeling upset."
B: "Do you want cuddles and comfort?
(A and B start to cuddle. B gives A emotional and physical comfort. A is much happier now.)

When you're with someone (or thinking about them) and really want to cuddle with them.

G: "I have the cuddlies"
B: "Me too"

The best thing you can do for someone.

Usually for comfort or as a greeting.
When done with a significant other, usually for nonverbal communication.

Teachers hate hugs for some reason.
