Meaning Nice Shoes, usually hightop shoes or boots. As if the person has a lot of nice shoes, or the ones he/she is wearing is nice.

Pronounced: (Kay-em)

"Aye check out his/her Kaim."

In a different situation.

"Your kaim is clean/spiff."
