A complete fucking disaster, represented by most people in hoods visually going "wtf" upon seeing the content in question. Most notably in music spheres to convey the song is absolute dogshit and is the opposite of a hood classic.

Da'ron: "Dawg did you peep Donda 2? That shit was a hood tragedy."
Jeremiah: "This whole post-Donda era of Kanye is a hood tragedy man..."
