When a man has to Pee so intensely that he feels the sensation of Blue Balls.

A man rushes to the bathroom door and knocks on it, another man is taking a poop and explains such, the man who has to pee who rushed the door would then reply, I'm rolling Bloop Nut lemme in! And any decent man would give up his throne for another human being rolling Bloop Nut.
