Stupid version of the word "maybe".Usually means yes, although can sometimes mean no. Most commonly yes when said with strange accent, eyes pointing at the ceiling and a weird face pulled.

Another way to say" well done you messed up". It is said in a sarcastic tone so that it is not heard as praise.
