stolp boy 

A boy who puts a lot of effort into his hair, clothes, etc... and has a lot of girls after him but has no interest in getting a girlfriend as he is usually too busy going “off roading” or doing other things with his guy friends.

(Girl) “I want to date (boy’s name) so bad but he is too much of a stolp boy and won’t even give me the time of day!” (Her friend) “you best move on, you’ll never get him..”
