Something you really really want, but can't have.

Getting a kniff needs a lot of luck.
Unless you are very very skilled and can get ahold of it with pure skill.

Norwegian origin, can also be used in english.

-"did you ever get that kniff in a crate?"
-"no i never had any luck in CS"
