This phenomena is also know as the Marzury Rosebud and is closely associated to a Reverse Dirty Sanchez. It occurs when a man is in the middle of intercourse with a women (or man) and inserts his finger into his own anus. Instead of giving his partner a Dirty Sanchez, he gives it to himself.
