Secret society based in Louisiana. Initials stand for Ditch Watchers Association. Not much is known about this secret organization other than members are always on the lookout for new and strange fishing spots. Their commitment to their craft is challenged by none... it is comment to see them fishing during lunch breaks.

One might yell “DWA” while driving if a promising looking bayou is sighted.
