Douche tag

A device worn on the ear to identify a douche in public. Sometimes known as a bluetooth earpiece.

I wondered why the man was standing in the grocery store doorway talking to himself while blocking the in and out access for everyone else. Then I saw his douche tag and realized he was a douche.
