Tato is a consumable product conceived by a trusted love one. The process of conceiving Tato is achieved by a willing volunteer to bite into a raw potato and slosh it around in their mouth until it becomes a delish variation of mashed potatoes. It is then spit into to receivers mouth and consumed.
