Simaler to the Cleveland Steamer, the Nasty Camel involves defacating on a womans back and then proceeding to have doggy style sex with her. Meanwhile she turns around and the man transfers shit from the hump to her mouth and then spit it back into the mans face. This is known as the Nasty Camel.
