Romance Free

A conscious choice to avoid romantic relationships for the sake of autonomy, well-being, or personal priorities. Unlike aromanticism, which describes someone who experiences little or no romantic attraction, being Romance Free does not mean a lack of attraction — it means actively choosing not to pursue romance. It’s like skipping a tempting indulgence because it isn’t good for you, even if you enjoy it.
