1) Derived from "Hello" and "Derr." Used during irony to deliver both sarcasm and ridicule.

2) The sound you automatically make when someone says something so ignorant you want to smack them over the head.

"I don't like women with tattoos, it's unflattering," Husband says when watching TV.

"HELLERR!" says Wife of 20+ years, pointing to her tattooed sleeve. *smack*
