Stunkleminded

To describe someone who's under the influence of drugs or is overly tired/unfocused and can't think straight, specifically if they are having a tough time with simple motor skills like walking straight/picking up things. So much so it appears there just stupid and is used to poke fun at them.

John can't walk straight and drops his glass
Bill: John, your actually stunkleminded, I cant belive this

John is doing mushrooms in his basement
John's mom: John! You have school tommorow, you stunkleminded idiot!
