Like a "Dirty Sanchez" except using vaginal fluids. When a guy has sex with a woman and rubs his penis across her upper lip, putting her own vaginal juices on her upper lip, making an authentic looking Mexican mustache.

I didn't want a Dirty Sanchez, so he gave me a Candy Sanchez instead.
