Acronym for "Do In a Pinch". A person who is not outright attractive, but with whom someone would nevertheless engage sexually.

Person A: Whoa, that guy is hot!

Person B: Ehh...he's not that hot but he's definitely a D.I.P.

A student working on both an MD and a PhD.

Person A: "The master's and PhD students are cool, but everyone at this school getting an MD is an arrogant shitbag."

Person B: "What about that guy?"

Person A: "Oh, he's an MD/PhDouche."
