Originated from a cartoon series, this term is used to imply something that is considerd old fashioned nowadays.
i.e. Something which happened or was fashionable before the year 2000 (Y2K).

1. Hey man check out my new sneakers.

2. No way man. That's so Y2K. You better lose em.
