Transilient

An icy, blue color found mostly on misty dawns over the ocean or on top of the water.

Matt: Look how pretty the view over the ocean is!

Sara: I know! The color of the sky is so beautiful. It's like blue but that word's just not right to describe it. I can't think of what to call it.

Jasmine: I would say transilient.
