A synonym for the term, "flaming homosexual". A "Ben Ho" is a person who will erect during his medical checkup which is conducted by males. This usually results in an awkward situation for the medics and the person himself.

Dude, the medics were stifling their laughter over that guy's erection. What a Ben Ho!
