A combination of the words slow and jog used to define a tired or lazy trackster who doesn't want to put forth the effort to run.

Coach: Okay girls, twice around the track.

Friend One: Man, I don't wanna run!

Friend Two: **Sigh** I know. I'm sooo going to slog the whole way.
