A larch is an unqualified person that uses his position of authority to ask underempolyed (or unempolyed) people to train them to perform their job. n.

Larching is the act of being a larch. v.
Man, that Vietnamese guy was such a larch during the phone interview. I seriously hate training these people when they are suppose to be interviewing me for a job.
