Pendum

A mix derived from the latin word "Pendeo" (Meaning: to hang; to hang upon , depend on; to hang loose, hover; to be suspended, discontinued; be in suspense, uncertain, undecided), and the words "pending" and "dependant"

But meaning that somthing or someone is "awaiting completion of further work (of any nature) before it can be used or put to use"
"Those 6 PC's are built and ready to go, however the 2 on the bench are still pendum."

"We have interviewed 6 people so far, we have 4 left to interview, so the Job opening is still pendum."

"The car is almost repaired, however, it is pendum on a set of tyre's which haven't arrived yet."
