Austrian Gunda 

A Swiss national who wants to emigrate to Austria but cannot because he or she has Swiss instead of EU Citizenship. Generally a former-slave/convict who often goes without a toilet or shower and sleeps in their filth while they dream of migrating to the 1st world.
