groove

1. An expression of agreement or understanding.
2. To agree or to understand -- as used in a question.

(Note: In this context, groove is not to be used in conjunction with a subjective pronoun, i.e. "Do you groove?" or "I groove.")

Guy 1: "This is just between you and me. Groove?"
Guy 2: "Groove."
