Cheb-a-saurus-rex 

A female that would be considered attractive in the sense that she has profoundly large and appealing breasts, however, the fact her arms are really short and do not grow past her breasts (like a t-rex) lowers her attractiveness and makes her look like a mutant dinosaur-human.

Ah yes, the technical term is 'Cheb-a-saurus-rex' for this kind of female.
